Account and Data Deletion Request

How to Request Account Deletion
To request that your account and associated data be deleted, please send an email to our support team at marhaba@masawamansour.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following details:
- Your full name.
- The email address associated with your account.
- Any relevant information to help us identify your account.
Once your request is submitted, our team will process your request and confirm the deletion via email within 7 business days.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:
- Your personal information (e.g., name, email address, etc.).
- Any preferences or settings saved under your account.
Please note:
- Deleted Data: All personal and usage data associated with your account will be removed and cannot be recovered.
- Retained Data: Certain information, such as billing records or payment history, may be retained for legal or financial purposes for up to 12 months before being permanently deleted.
